Basic Membership is free when you join the site, but upgrading your account to Premium Membership is a bargain for $11.95 per year.

Yes, your debit or credit card will be automatically charged after the membership billing cycle has expired.

Your account will be suspended and remain suspended until you pay your renewal fee.

Log into your account and go to Billing Information under Accounts. You will need to uncheck Auto-Renewal to have the system suspend your account.
If you would like to cancel your membership completely, please use the Contact form to submit your request.

No refunds will be issued for any membership types.

Yes, either membership type will allow you catalog your goods.

There are two ways to search for items:

A Basic Membership allows you to insert 50 database entries for movies, video games and collectibles.
Choosing a Premium Membership has no restrictions or limits to in cataloging your items.

Ads are items you want to post for sale, auction, or trade (exchange). All members can post an ad for an item for free.

Creating ads for sale or trade is absolutely FREE! There are NO hidden fees or costs when you complete a transaction, so you keep all the profit!

You can choose to create an ad with these three features:

• Auction: Items are sold to the highest bidder. With an auction, you can also include a "Buy It" option.
• Buy It: Items are listed for purchase for a specific amount of money.
• Trade: Request your trade value and wait for another user to meet your requirements.

You can upload up to nine images for any ad if you are a Premium Member, otherwise one image can be included for an ad.

Buyers, sellers and/or traders will be notified via email that the ad has ended. Both parties are responsible for payment and shipping per ad agreements.

Buyers, sellers and traders can leave feedback for the other party member once the ad has ended.

All ads remain active until you cancel it. Canceled ads are placed in your "Expired" box. Auctions that are still "LIVE" cannot be canceled until they end.

TheTradeBox.com offers an incentive program when you join as a member. You earn points for using the website and becoming a loyal member and in return, we reward you with great gifts as rewards!

When you register as a member, you have access to create ads, refer friends and family and become eligible for giveaways and prizes.
By completing a transaction with another member, receiving enough referrals, renewing your membership and etc., we will award you with points!
You can review how to earn points by logging into your account and clicking the "How To Earn Points?" button.
