 Do you find yourself in need of a new game? Do you want to win a video game of your choice for that cool console you have hooked up to your TV?
How to enter: Leave a comment below telling us the game you think is an absolute must have, and why. One lucky winner from this page will be randomly selected to receive the game he or she requested. Simple, right?
This giveaway is open to both US and Canadian shipping addresses and will close on February 5th. We will announce the winner on Saturday, February 5th.
ENTRY LIMIT: LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER MEMBER, REGARDLESS OF ENTRY METHOD.
Entries from the same individual or e-mail or household address received in excess of the limits stated herein will be automatically disqualified.

We will automatically disqualify:

1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION; PRIZES:
On February 5, 2011, we will randomly select one (1) potential First Prize Winner from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
One (1) First Prize available. A prize package consisting of the following items:
Video game of choice (Approximate Retail Value (ARV), $60.00)
Item that exceeds value will then be converted into a credit, which can be used to make purchase of requested prize.
2. WHAT LAWS GOVERN THE WAY THIS PRIZE DRAW IS EXECUTED AND ADMINISTRATED?
This Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of this Prize Draw.
3. WHAT IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS AND THE PRIZE DRAW CAN'T RUN AS PLANNED?
If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and /or integrity of this Prize Draw, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Prize Draw. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Prize Draw, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Prize Draw.
If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may ban you from participating in any of our future Prize Draws, so please play fairly.
