Win other great prizes such as a Restaurant.com gift certificate, movie passes and a one year Premium Membership upgrade!

This giveaway is open to North American residents and will close on October 1^st. We will announce the winner on or around Monday, October 3^rd.

ENTRY LIMIT(S): ENTRIES PER MEMBER ARE AS FOLLOWS:
*Listing an or each item (for sale) earns you one entry into the prize draw pool. You can gain more entries by submitting more listings into the system, but only active listings that are entered after this giveaway contests start date will be qualified. There are no limits or other restrictions unless specified with the previous rule and rules are subject to change. To gain more drawing entries; for each successful transaction (sold item(s)), you will receive a qualified entry for the prize drawings.

Entries from the same individual or e-mail or household address received in excess of the limits stated herein will be automatically disqualified.
The use of automated devices to enter this Prize Draw is prohibited. TheTradeBox assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, postage due or illegible entries or any computer, online telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become TheTradeBox's property and will not be returned.

We will automatically disqualify:

• Any incomplete or illegible entry (activation of membership required and trial-members must be active); OR
• Any entries that we receive from you that are in excess of the entry limit described above.

2. WHAT LAWS GOVERN THE WAY THIS PRIZE DRAW IS EXECUTED AND ADMINISTRATED?
This Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of this Prize Draw.

3. WHAT IF SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS AND THE PRIZE DRAW CAN'T RUN AS PLANNED?
If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and /or integrity of this Prize Draw, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Prize Draw. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the Prize Draw, we reserve the right to select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Prize Draw.
If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this Prize Draw by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may ban you from participating in any of our future Prize Draws, so please play fairly.
